Travel Lightly Workshop

Travel Lightly

Jalene Case, my awesome co-creator, and I are both motorcycle travellers and passionate about the inner journey that unfurls as we roll down the road on two wheels.

Let’s go on a ride together. We’ll ride through the landscape of your stories so you can see the ones that are potholes and ruts causing you grief, and choose the best route beyond them.

Big Picture

The stories we were raised with shape us and have the power to bind us or set us free. They operate in the background without our awareness and can show up in life through limiting beliefs and suboptimal choices. They show up on our motorcycles as teachers and often constrain how and where we ride.

You have the power to change stories that no longer serve you and write life according to your own script. (Note: perhaps they did serve you at one time!) Just like packing for a motorcycle adventure, you’ll learn how to choose what to leave behind because it’s weighing you down and what to bring because it makes the ride what you want it to be.

What to expect

In the first half of this workshop, we’ll explore the stories you carry. Through Liz’s drumming, facilitated journeying, and creative exercises (no experience required), you’ll learn to question your assumptions.

In the second half of the evening, we’ll focus on transforming the internal aha moments into a customized plan for action. Jalene will lead you in unpacking what your stories revealed so you can allow them to rev up your life. Vroom-vroom!

Liz and Jalene will breathe life into your desires for who you want to be, and what you want to do next. Clarify your vision, set specific goals, create new habits, and choose how you will support yourself along the road.

Join us on this internal adventure that will help free you to have more external adventures!

About Jalene and Liz

Jalene Case helps people lead themselves first so they can go all-in on what matters most. Her strategies are influenced by 35 years of business leadership experience, a Masters in Education, and (the secret sauce!) a 2-year motorcycle trip in which she and her husband rode 42,000 miles from Oregon to the southern tip of South America. Liz Jansen helps others change their life by changing the stories they carry about who they are and what they can do. Her work draws from her background in nursing, human resources, shamanic energy medicine, and hundreds of thousands of miles of mostly solo riding across North America.
