Liz is an coach, speaker, author, adventurer – and rider extraordinaire. Her first book, Women, Motorcycling and the Road to Empowerment, has just been released.
In 2003, she founded Trillium Motorcycle Tours & Events to create experiences that instill a sense of adventure, freedom and community while traveling the transformative road to personal and professional leadership.
Since 2006 she has served on the board of the Motorcyclists Confederation of Canada, currently as Past Chair. She was a member of the Advisory Council for the American Motorcyclist Association’s 2009 International Women Riders Conference and the project manager for Canada’s first similar event in 2010.
In addition to being a certified Senior Motorcycle Instructor, Liz has worked with individuals, corporate clients, manufacturers, retailers and the public sector. Her writing has been published in the Toronto Star, Ontario Tourism motorcycle touring website and motorcycle.com. Her expertise has been sought for television and radio interviews and magazine and newspaper articles.
Prior to establishing Trillium, she enjoyed a career in Corporate Human Resources, Training and Development with a large international organization.
