- Getting the right mix of nutrients that are right for you
- Appreciating your worth
- Preventative maintenance and care
Session Three: Relationships
Lessons of: Communications, Interdependence and Balance
- Making sure your signals are working; Communicating your message as intended
- Identifying communication filters that change the message
- Creating a deeper relationship with self
- Calling in more meaningful relationships
- Dealing with change
- Distributing your load evenly; stop feeling overwhelmed
Session Four: Being You!
Lessons of: Grounding, Branding, Mirrors
- Taking inventory of your skills, strengths and attributes
- Understanding the effect of your choices

Dates and Times:
- Tuesday evenings beginning April 16th to May 14th, 2013
- 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. EST
- Each session is 1 ½ hours: 45 min online audio and visual presentation followed by 45 min Q&A, group discussion
- Sessions are recorded so all materials are available to registered participants after each live session, including if you miss the session
